Who We Are
1.1 Stereo Live Services Welcome to Stereo Live! We are a ticketing and registration platform dedicated to bringing the world together through live experiences. Through our platform, mobile apps, and services, we enable people worldwide to create, discover, share, and register for events.
Stereo Live's products, features, and offerings are available:
(a) Online through various Stereo Live properties, including Stereo Live, Stereo Live Communities, Stereo Live Music, Stereo Live Venue, Lanyrd, Rally, Ticketea, Ticketfly, and nvite ("Site(s)").
(b) Off-platform, including RFID, entry management, sponsorship, marketing, or distribution services.
(c) Through mobile applications, webpages, application programming interfaces, and subdomains ("Applications").
These collectively form "Stereo Live Properties" or our "Services."
1.2 Who's Who The terms "Organizer" refer to event creators using our Services to organize events for Consumers who use our Services:
To learn about or attend events ("Consumers").
For other purposes related to Stereo Live.
Organizers, Consumers, and third parties using our Services are collectively referred to as "Users," "you," or "your."

Privacy Statement
2.1 Application This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard information ("Personal Data") that can identify or relate to individuals ("Users"). It applies to:
Data collected from our Services.
Data from Stereo Live’s sales customers and prospects.
"Non-Personal Data" refers to data that cannot identify individuals and is not subject to the same limitations in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data Collection
3.1 Information Automatically Collected To enhance the Consumer experience and understand behavior, we collect certain data automatically through Cookies, plugins, and other technologies. These tools allow us to detect activities like cart abandonment, ensuring a seamless event registration process. Details include:
Browsing behavior (page visits, clicks).
Device and browser information (IP address, operating system, etc.).
Use of Cookies for Shopping Cart Tracking and SMS Notifications
We utilize cookies to monitor the contents of your shopping cart. This enables us to send you reminder SMS notifications about the items you have left in your cart, enhancing your shopping experience and ensuring you don't miss out on desired products. By using our services, you consent to the use of cookies for this purpose.
3.2 Third-Party Disclosure and Usage Data collected through Stereo Live’s text messaging program is used solely for delivering and improving Services. Stereo Live does not share data obtained through this program with third parties unless required by law or necessary to perform core services like event registration.
3.3 Information Collected From Consumers
If you are a Consumer, we may collect additional Personal Data from you for our own purposes and, in certain cases, on behalf of an Organizer (see Section 16 below for more information).
Information You Provide via Stereo Live Properties or Applications: When you register for a paid event, you will be asked to provide financial information (e.g., credit card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.), some of which may constitute Personal Data. Additionally, Organizers can set up event registration pages to collect information from Consumers related to registration for events listed on the Services. Stereo Live does not control an Organizer’s registration process or the Personal Data that they collect. If you register for, or otherwise provide information to Stereo Live in conjunction with an Organizer’s event or activity, whether that information pertains to you or a third party, it may be used by the Organizer as outlined in Section 5.5, “How We Disclose and Transfer Your Personal Data: Organizers.”
Information We Obtain from Other Sources: We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third-party sources, including Organizers, other Consumers, social media platforms, credit card issuing banks, payment processing partners, and other third parties.
3.4 Information Collected from Sales Clients and Leads
If you engage with the Stereo Live sales team, we may collect the following Personal Data: your name, email address, phone number, address, and other professional contact information. If you consent to recording a meeting, the sales team may collect audio and/or video recordings of the session.
How We Use Your Personal Data
We collect and use the Personal Data we obtain in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), which regulates the use of telephone and text communications for marketing purposes. We may use the Personal Data as follows:
4.1 Specific Reason:
If you provide Personal Data for a specific purpose (e.g., contacting us by email), we will use that data only to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided, such as responding to your inquiry or resolving your issue.
4.2 Access and Use:
If you provide Personal Data to access or use the Services or any of its features, we will use your Personal Data to grant you access and analyze your use of such Services.
4.3 Internal Business Purposes:
We may use your Personal Data for internal purposes such as improving the Services, protecting against wrongdoing, enforcing our Terms of Service, providing customer service, and generally managing the business.
4.4 Stereo Live and Organizer Marketing:
We may use your Personal Data for marketing and advertising purposes, including but not limited to email, SMS marketing, display media, and targeting devices (e.g., tablets, mobile phones, televisions).
SMS Marketing Compliance: We will ensure that all SMS marketing messages are sent in compliance with the TCPA. This means that, before sending any marketing texts, we will obtain your express prior consent. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by following the instructions provided in each message or by contacting us directly.
If you no longer wish for your Personal Data to be used for marketing purposes, including SMS or email, please contact us at privacy@stereolive.com. For marketing related to an Organizer’s event, you may need to contact the Organizer directly. For more details, refer to Section 5.6 on advertising and marketing interactions on social media platforms.
4.5 Organizer Emails:
We allow Organizers to use our email tools to contact Consumers about current and past events. These emails may originate from the Organizer, and your email address may be used if you registered for an event on the Services. Please note that if an Organizer imports email addresses from external sources, we will deliver those communications on their behalf, and the Organizer is responsible for sending them. To opt out of these communications, refer to the "Opt Out from Electronic Communications" section below.
4.6 Use of Interest-Based Data:
We may infer the types of events you might be interested in based on your interactions with the Services. This data may be used to target advertising or provide customized recommendations to you, including on behalf of Organizers. However, such use will always adhere to applicable laws, including the TCPA, ensuring that you receive only marketing communications that you have consented to.
4.7 Other Purposes:
If we intend to use any Personal Data in ways not consistent with this Privacy Policy, we will inform you of such use prior to or at the time of data collection, or we will obtain your consent prior to using it.
4.8 Aggregated Personal Data:
We may use your Personal Data in aggregate form to conduct research on demographics, interests, and behaviors of our Users. Such research is typically anonymous and does not identify you individually. Once aggregated, the data is considered Non-Personal Data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
How We Disclose and Transfer Your Personal Data
5.1 Background
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties, including advertisers. However, in certain circumstances, we may disclose, transfer, or share your Personal Data as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), we ensure that consent is obtained for any communication involving text messages or calls to your mobile number, including consent for marketing purposes.
5.2 Business Transfers
In the event of a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, Personal Data may be transferred as part of the business assets. You acknowledge and agree that any new entity that acquires or succeeds us in business may continue to use your Personal Data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and, in compliance with TCPA requirements, continue to obtain prior express consent for any marketing communications involving phone calls or text messages.
5.3 Parent Companies, Subsidiaries, and Affiliates
We may share your Personal Data with our affiliates, subsidiaries, or parent companies for business purposes. These entities are required to use your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including TCPA compliance where applicable, especially with respect to consent for text messages and calls to your mobile device.
5.4 Agents, Consultants, and Service Providers
We may share your Personal Data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., marketing agencies, customer support providers, or hosting companies) who process Personal Data on our behalf. When sharing your Personal Data for these purposes, we ensure that third-party service providers comply with TCPA requirements, including obtaining the necessary consent before sending marketing-related communications via text or voice call.
5.5 Organizers
If you register for an event or communicate with an Organizer, your Personal Data (including your phone number) may be shared with the Organizer. By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving event-related communications, which may include messages sent via SMS or voice call in accordance with the TCPA. Organizers may also use your Personal Data to send you promotional content, but you will be able to opt out of receiving such communications.
5.6 Facebook, Social Media, and Other Third-Party Connections
When you connect your account to a third-party service such as Facebook, we may collect certain Personal Data from that service. We ensure that such data collection and use for marketing purposes comply with TCPA requirements, particularly if phone numbers are shared for marketing calls or text messages.
5.7 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your Personal Data in compliance with legal obligations, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental requests. This includes situations where Personal Data, including your phone number, is required for legal action or where there is an immediate need to protect the safety of individuals. We comply with the TCPA in such cases to ensure that no unsolicited communications are made without proper consent.
TCPA Compliance and Communications
We adhere to the provisions of the TCPA by ensuring that any text messages or voice calls we or our partners make to you are in compliance with the law. Specifically:
Consent: You must opt-in to receive marketing calls or text messages from us. We will only send such communications if you have explicitly provided your consent.
Opt-Out: If you have given us permission to send marketing messages, you can opt-out at any time. You can do so by using the "STOP" command for text messages or by following the unsubscribe instructions for email communications.
Do Not Call List: We maintain an internal Do Not Call list in compliance with TCPA requirements and will honor such requests by blocking further calls to individuals who have opted out.
Your Rights Under TCPA
You have the right to revoke any prior express consent for receiving telemarketing communications at any time, either via the opt-out mechanism provided or by contacting us directly.
Children's Privacy
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please do not submit any Personal Data through our Services. We also prohibit the use of our Services for marketing purposes directed at individuals under the age of 13.
We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children not to provide Personal Data through the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us through the Services, please contact us immediately, and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our databases.
International Privacy Laws
If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that any information (including Personal Data) you provide may be transferred to and stored in the United States, where our servers are located. This data may also be transferred to other countries, which may not have data protection laws as stringent as those in your country of residence. However, our collection, storage, and use of your Personal Data will always be governed by this Privacy Policy.
Modifications to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If significant changes are made, we may provide additional notice via email or in-service notifications. The changes will be effective 30 days after the "Updated" date, or such other date as communicated.
Your continued use of the Services after any modifications to this Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the modifications, you should cease accessing and using our Services.
